Our services are provided primarily through Shopify and are based in Durban.
Payment and Ownership
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any Shopify website design, digital marketing, or web development work begins.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% must be paid before the website, ecommerce store, or project is transferred to your ownership.
Asset Ownership
You own final deliverables only once full payment has been received.
Project Scope and Timelines
We aim for a 7–30 day delivery window, depending on:
- Timely delivery of content and assets
- Access credentials provided by the client
- Project complexity
- Scope revisions or additional requests
Significant changes outside the original agreement may result in additional charges.
Project timelines for Shopify development, website design, and digital marketing services in South Africa may vary based on scope and client responsiveness.
Professional Partnership and Limitation of Liability
Social – Get Social provides the digital tools and foundation for your online presence, including Shopify website development, ecommerce solutions, and digital marketing support.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific sales results
- Lead generation outcomes
- Search engine rankings
- Performance outcomes on third-party platforms
Business performance depends on market conditions, pricing, competition, marketing strategy, and business operations.
We are not liable for losses arising from outages or disruptions involving third-party platforms such as:
- Shopify
- Meta Platforms
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
