Refund Policy

Project Deposits

A 50% project deposit is non-refundable. This covers:

  • Initial strategy
  • Consultation
  • Project planning
  • Allocation of development time
  • Shopify website design and digital marketing resources assigned to your project

This applies to services including:

  • Shopify website design
  • Shopify development
  • Ecommerce website development
  • Social media management
  • Digital marketing services in South Africa

Cancellations

Active Projects

If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is forfeited.

Where project scope has commenced, work completed to date may be billable where applicable.


Maintenance Services

Our maintenance packages require a 90-day minimum commitment, unless otherwise agreed on.

After the initial period, we require 30 days’ written notice for cancellation.


Third-Party Costs

Fees paid directly to third-party providers are non-refundable through Social – Get Social, including fees relating to:

  • Shopify subscriptions
  • Domain registrations
  • Google advertising spend
  • Meta Platforms advertising spend

These charges are governed by the refund terms and billing policies of those providers.
